Perfectly designed - funny to look at, highly effective in its use. Five stars!
I purchased these as a fun Christmas gift for a friend and she loved them so much that I have now bought more for gift for others
LidSid was just the way it was discribed , and the cooking is now days a little more funny.
These look great. Bought for someone else as a Xmas stocking filler. They're sure to love them and use them.
Even if a little expensive, the design of this Lid riser is awesome!. Cute, clean and funny at the same time I purchased 4 units as gifts for my family (brother, sister and mother). It is the kind of item that you'd like to buy but you doubt if it is worth the cost. But if received as a gift, I'm sure the receiver will appreciate it!
Gave as a present. Recipient was delighted . Just what was needed instead of makedo props. Bought several more to give as Christmas presents. Every home should have a Lid Sid
Really use these for letting off steam and look cool on the kitchen as add a bit of colour and humor.
Never again the mess caused by rice and pasta boiling over on the stove. Lid Sid gets it right every time!
The lid risers are a delight but be warned they can attract young children to the hob to see what the little chaps are up to. Maybe a warning on the packaging?
These are brilliant! I've used them for some time and have bought several sets for friends and family. Saves a lot of clearing up, as avoids pans boiling over.
I bought these for a Christmas present so they have yet to be used but I was please with the product when it arrived
Works so well - and looks so cute! Less steam in kitchen, less fuel to cook - all round winner! Two in the pack. Good value.
love them and use them all the time .. Dont mind looking at their legs when it saves me cleaning from boiling over and the nasty burns !!. A must have for all chefs in their kitchens. Brings a bit of a laugh to the sometimes taskful duty of cooking ..
Lid Sid Saucepan Lid Riser are great fun to look at and are just right for the job they do.
A brilliant and quirky kitchen helper! how many of us drop the lid or do something else resulting in a total disaster on the stove, this little guy will give you the peace of mind of not having to worry about lid position or whether enough steam/air gets in and out of your pot! Great little invention... if it'd turn blue for fun it'd be even more entertaining! :-)
I bought these for my mum and she loves them .. both useful and hilarious!
useful and fun to use.
A novel and fantastic idea to stop your saucepans boiling over! So easy to use and does the job very effectively. Great product!
These little men are the most useful gadgets despite their simplicity - but then the simple things are often the best. I often find things like rice and pasta.frequently boil over, no matter how careful one is, with the resulting mess to both the hob top and the saucepan. This is no longer the case once one or other of these two little blokes are brought into service - oh and they look cute too as well as being useful! They reside quite happily on my utensil jar and are always handy for whenever I need them. Couldn't live without them now!
