Decent but do scratch easily
I've only had these boards a week and it is very useful having separate boards having previously used 2 wooden boards (one for meat and one for everything else) but my initial concern for them has come true and I can already feel that they are scratching after a bit of chopping. I use pretty sharp knives on them but then that's what your supposed to use to chop things anyway so it's disappointing that they scratch so easily. Obviously if they scratch too much then they will become more and more unhygienic . Overall they are good value at the price but may have limited life.
Cutting Board
These chopping boards are very comfortable, each color is suitable for one type of food - meat, cheese, greens ... They are big enough, but if you need a smaller board, you just fold it.
