The Boss Blender from Sage by Heston Blumenthal is a high velocity blender that will create smoothies, soups, sorbets, hummus and purees effortlessly. Featuring a ProKinetix® blade and bowl system, the Boss will completely crush and pulp almost any ingredients up to 50% smaller than traditional blending.

The variable 12 speed settings offer precise control and a large back-lit LCD screen includes a second countdown, on/off, start/cancel and an auto clean function. Boasting five pre-set functions that include green smoothie, pulse ice crush, smoothie, frozen dessert and soup for ease of use with reduced intervention, the Boss also features a mill/ stir option for grinding nuts, spices and grains.The blender comes complete with a 2 litre capacity jug, constructed from commercial grade Triton, a flexible scraper and a frozen dessert wand.
