Breville VDF122 DuraCeramic Halo + Health Fryer - White

The Breville Duraceramic Halo + Health Fryer is a low oil fryer that will cook a wide range of your favourite foods, including chips in a mere half tablespoon of oil, that is 99.5% less than a deep fat fryer. Suitable for cooking a wide range of foods from stir fries to curries, the versatile Halo can also bake cakes, curries and even Yorkshire puddings and frozen foods and oven chips without using any oil at all.

The Halo comes complete with a ceramic coated, scratch resistant, durable bowl for quick heat transfer that is illuminated so you can keep an eye on the cooking process. Further features include easy to use digital controls with timer countdown, a rotating bowl and a tilt function to turn ingredients continuously for even cooking and browning. A roasting rack is included for cooking fish or poultry portions that allows excess oil to drain for even lower fat cooking.
