Prosharp knife sharpener
If you don't have one of these AnySharp Pro Knife Sharpeners, then you should have. Never thought I would get excited by a knife sharpener but it's so easy to use and does not slip about, so I felt very confident using it. This is definitely worth recommending and once purchased you will have it for years. Small on size but big on performance, I'm very happy.
dont hesitate really works
I bought the AnySharp Pro Knife Sharpener and I was pleasantly surprised; it really does work. I have sharpened all my knifes and they are now all very sharp and good as new. When you start sharpening you have to start at the base of the handle and gently draw back only in one direction follow the arrow and you will be surprised as you see all the metal shavings what appear after each knife sharpening. Don't use on fine toothed serrated knives as it might damage the sharpener.

It's no joke. This AnySharp Pro Knife Sharpener is probably the best sharpener in the world! Saying that, it's also my first sharpener but it really does work like magic. I have coloured knives and it sharpens the blade nicely without affecting the colour. And it does an amazing job of sharpening my bread knife too!

As a chef in the Armed Forces I have to work with some blunt solid tools. However, the AnySharp Pro Knife Sharpener puts an edge on all my knivees. It really does work, you can see all the metal fillings being shaved away when sharpening a knife.

I know if your reading this, I'm guessing that you have looked or even bought knife sharpeners before, and I bet right now they're in that draw where all rubbish gadgets go, never to be seen or used again. Well let me say this - I have never been so passionate about such a simple little tool. Believe me when I say, stop looking for a knife sharpener - this is the best by a million miles. One tiny example that should give any cook out there an idea how good this is, is to take probably the most chopped item in the world - onions, and look at how the super chefs on TV slice through an onion like it's made of putty. This little gadget will get your knives cutting through them like that! I even finished off sharpening knifes that hadn't been used in over 3 years, and now they're my main set again, all because of this sharpener... It's amazing!
Sharpe as a knife
I got this Pro Knife Sharpener for my fella as he is a dab hand in the kitchen and enjoys pretending to be Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay from time to time. He was very pleased with this gift and it definitely lived up to its name, any knife we used was razor Sharpe in seconds - Brilliant!
