Little Gem
This salad spinner is an improved version of the original oxo good grips salad spinner. The improvements aren't obvious: a slightly different shape, better, more robust basket and better brake being the ones I noted. Overall the salad spinner does what you want. It is stable, robust and effective, easily draining and "drying" a decent quantity of salad leaves. The only issue (for some people) will be the volume - it isn't huge but should easily take a moderate sized iceberg lettuce or whole little gem without a problem. The drained leaves can be left in the spinner in the salad drawer with a little water,, keeping it fresher for longer. Good value, good buy.
