Product is good
I purchased this product for me and my little sister, we were not expecting it to arrive in a huge box! Once opened the box was full of air pouches so the product did not move around. It looked tiny in the huge box but the smell is what caught me! It smells like wheat or something like that and is very strong once microwaved. But it stays warm for almost an hour and a half which is great! In all a very worthwhile product regardless of the smell.

So cute! I bought this as a mothers day present and she absolutely loved it! It looks so much better around the house than a hot water bottle plus you don't have to worry about emptying and refilling with hot water - how dangerous is that! In fact, I love it so much that I'm also going to buy one for myself.
Just as expected
I purchased this for a birthday present for someone who loves owls and to relax. When I received the hooty owl it was just as described and smelled of lavender which was perfect. It comes in a little (what I would call show/display) box so you can see the owl clearly, feel it and most importantly smell it! The instructions for hearing are clearly on the box and on a tag on hooty so you can always remember how long to put it in the microwave. Easily wrapped and fantastic to give as a gift. My recipient thought it was wonderful! Not able to say how it was when heated as it was a present.
