All you have to do is click the magic metal thing inside the Hottie and a chemical reaction will turn the liquid inside warm and stiff. When the Hottie cools down just pop it in a pan of boiling water for a fifteen minutes and it will be ready to use over and over again.

not for me
I have had gel warmers before, but they can be reheated in the microwave for the next usage. The Mini Hottie Handwarmer Union Jack requires boiling which is not something I want to do every time I need to use them. Too much hassle. Otherwise, the quality is lovely.

Handy warmers, not so handy in a fight
The Mini Hottie Handwarmers are alright although a bit small. I bought them for my girlfriend and they were a bit of a tight fit. I can't see that they are available in other sizes either. I was also confused as they came in two boxes, one for each hand! I don't know why this surprisd me, but it did. I would have liked to see more designs than the Union Jack design.
