So funny
This Shake Weight - Pink is hilarious to use. It's definitely for use in your home, alone, when nobody can see you! However, surprisingly I found the exercise harder than I imagined. I have a shoulder injury and when I first used it found my left shoulder could not complete the six minutes I thought was laughably short. I am finding the more I use the shake weight - the further through it I'm getting, so it must be doing something.

I'm not sure if it's the "dynamic inertia" or the power of laughter, but you can really feel the Shake Weight working! It took a few minutes to get the hang of all the moves, but then it's super easy to use. It doesn't take up much room to store and it's pretty damn funny watching yourself in the mirror. Yes, it's just another fitness fad but I've already used this way more than other novelty exercise things I've purchased over the years.

Good fun, I feel better for it
I bout this Shake Weight after seeing it on the TV and advertised online. I don't like my arms so I thought I would give it a try, and it's a neat little work out, trying 6 mins as recommended right away was tough. I stared at 3 mins, then worked my way up. I've been using it once a day and already I have seen some difference, perhaps not as much as I had hoped but these things take time. A plus is that my arms don't ache as much when I'm carrying the shopping home. It's a good workout for people who want to start toning up before moving on to more vigorous exercise at the gym.

Love the Shake Weight. Bought this as a gift for someone but kept it for myself and will buy another. I got it in the special edition pink colour which was a great deal and it looks really good.
