Do not buy it
This does not glow in the dark, not even in the slightest. The paper is not smooth either so it really doesn't work.
fun but not very effective
I got this for the boyfriend as a bit of a joke and he did find the idea hilarious when he opened it. Unfortunately it barely glowed in the dark and the quality of the tissue paper itself was pretty nasty. Its a great idea for a novelty product and a fun gift but don't expect much more than that.
