Sausage Making Workshop for One

A fantastic opportunity to learn how to create sausages like the professionals do, this half day sausage making workshop for one in Buckinghamshire provides all the skills and techniques you need to start making your own wonderful creations! Start with the basics with an introduction to the ingredients and techniques that go towards making a great sausage before trying your hand at making your own unique creations for yourself! With this fantastic experience you will learn about different portions of meat and the tasty seasonings necessary to make that perfect blend. You'll even be able to take your unique creations home with you so everyone can try a taste of your ultimate sausage!

Agenda:
When you arrive at the venue you will be greeted with a cup of tea or coffee. You'll start your day with a health and safety briefing, before learning the basics of what ingredients and techniques go towards making a great sausage. You will then be taught the different proportions of meat and seasonings, before you begin the practical portion of the afternoon, where you will be allowed to stuff your own sausages using fresh ingredients and some of the best natural casings around. You'll be allowed to sample your own sausage mix beforehand to check the seasonings are perfect before going on to fill the skins. You'll be taught the art of linking sausages like a professional and you'll end the day by taking home all the sausages you make together with all the sausages recipes of the day so you can try them out for yourself in future.

This voucher is for one person and includes a half day sausage making workshop. It is valid for 10 months. Available Thursdays and Fridays from 1pm to 4.30pm. Please note, children over 10 are allowed to participate but must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. All dates are subject to availability. You will be provided with complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day.
