Pizza Making Course for One

Making pizza will be as easy as eating it once you've attended this Pizza Making Course. The day will begin in true Italian style with biscotti and tea or coffee, before a professional chef briefs you on what your day of cooking course will involve. First comes a pizza dough demonstration of how to create the perfect dough after which it will be your turn to put your cooking skills to the test.

The chef will be on hand to help as well as a recipe guide that you can refer to, which you'll be able to take home and impress with your newfound culinary prowess. Design your pizza with your favourite toppings, the choice is totally up to you. Not only will you learn how to make pizza but you will be taught how to make other Italian classics such as: focaccia (Italian bread), dough balls/grissini, an Italian salad and dessert.
