There are two ways to select goods from I Want One Of Those: from our website, or from our glossy and lush catalogue.
By Internet
1. Browse and Select Goods
You can use our gift finder to find things you really really want, or just
browse through the website at your leisure. You can also try and find what
you want through using the search box - at the top right of every page. When
you see something you want, click on the 'add to cart' button. You will then
be taken to the Shopping Cart which will show you goods as you choose them.
Click on 'Continue Shopping' to keep browsing the site. When you've made all
your choices click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button on the Shopping Cart
page. You will then proceed to the checkout login.
2. Checkout
The checkout process lets you check and confirm your order, give us one (or
many) delivery addresses and phone numbers, and pay using your card. To start
the Checkout process you will need to provide an email address and a password
at this stage to activate your Account with us. The
advantages of an Account are explained here. There is also context-sensitive
help available for each step in the process as you make it. Payment is only
deducted from your card when the order is dispatched to you from our warehouse.
By Catalogue using our Customer Service Centre or by Postal Order and Cheque
If dealing with the internet is too scary, or you just can't be bothered with clicking virtual buttons, why not get us to do it? If you have a copy of our catalogue you could fill out the form at the back and post it, all you need is a pen and a stamp (and an envelope obviously, but we're not going into that much detail).
Orders will be processed after your cheque clears our bank account (this normally takes about 5 working days from receipt). Please make cheques payable to 'I Want One Of Those Ltd' and send payments to: I want one of those, PO Box 26953 London SE21 8WL
Easiest of all, sit back on your couch, pick up the phone and talk to one of our staff. In a radical inversion of recent trends in society our call staff are all on-site, have played with all our stuff and are actually nice to talk to. If calling outside office hours, please leave your name and number on our answer phone and we will call you back during business hours.
Calls are at national rates (4p per minute off-peak; 7p per minute all other times.) Our fax number is 0870 220 2147.
VAT Please note that as we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT. Registered website customers from countries where VAT is not applicable will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.
Where is my order?I ordered on-line / by phone
Orders are delivered typically 1-3 working days after being placed (unless you ordered using our Premium Guaranteed Next Day service). You should have received a despatch email from us telling you what was being delivered, and the delivery method - either by DPD or Royal Mail. For DPD orders, you can track the process of your order using your consignment number (in your despatch email) at www.dpd.co.uk, this will tell you when your order is out for delivery, or if they have already attempted delivery (they will re-attempt a further two times before returning the item/s to us). You can also check the status of your order in your 'My Account' - Order History area. Royal Mail deliveries can only be re-located by us five days after the despatch date (10 days for international orders). If your Royal Mail order is more than five days overdue, or your DPD order is for some reason not trackable, then please contact us immediately at customerservices@iwantoneofthose.com.
I ordered by post
Orders received by post will take five days for your cheque to clear from our receipt of your order, and then a further 1-3 working days to deliver. If eight days have passed and you still have not received any communication from us (i.e. a despatch email), then please contact us immediately at customerservices@iwantoneofthose.com.
Tracking my orderHow can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a despatch confirmation email with details of your order. If your order has been sent by DPD, the despatch confirmation email will contain a consignment number that you can use to track your order on the DPD website: www.dpd.co.uk.

If your order has been despatched by Royal Mail (and this will be stated on your despatch confirmation email), your order cannot be tracked. Please allow 5 working days (10 working days for International Customers) before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Post Office to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us.
I haven't received my order - what happens next?
If you have not received your order please check the following. Was it a DPD delivery (this will be stated on your despatch email)? If so please track it using your consignment number (also in the despatch email) at www.dpd.co.uk.

If your order was despatched by Royal Mail (this will be stated on your despatch confirmation email) and five days have passed since the despatch date (10 days for international customers), then contact Customer Support on 0844 573 7070 and we will investigate immediately. If five days have not passed, we will have no information from the Post Office, and therefore will not be able to locate your order as yet.
How to return an orderOur returns policy is simple!
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Christmas returns policy
We have a special IWOOT extended returns policy for Christmas, so you can buy all your pressies before the Christmas rush, without worrying about your ability to return items within the normal statutory period. Goods purchased from the 27th October can be returned up until the end of January!
How do I return an item?
Simply check the relevant category below for details of how to return your item.
All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the returns postage for faulty/incorrect items.

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect please use the form below to contact our Customer Support team within 30 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. If the item you received is faulty, you have the right to return it within a reasonable period of time. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
As you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, or fax it to us on 0844 573 7080, so that we know how much to refund you for your postage). Your original delivery charge will also be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

'Unwanted'
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in perfect, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc) within 30 days of receipt.
Goods that include software: any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping, delivery charge and returns postage.
