GroBox Gardens in a Box

If you've always wanted to grow stuff in your garden (besides the standard grass and dandelion medley), but thought it would be too much effort then the GroBoxes are for you. We've all seen the Good Life - it didn't look easy and the only saving grace appeared to be working closely with Felicity Kendal. But you can't deny that there's nothing quite so satisfying as getting your fingers green and doing a spot of gardening, especially if it brings you one step closer to being self sufficient. All you need to do is find a spot in the soil, dig a hole in the ground, poke the holes through in the box and bury it. If it's a little bit dry you may have to water it but, as far as the hard work goes, that's it. The box keeps the seeds warm and protected from ground frost and will even release nutrients into the soil when the recycled cardboard starts to decompose. You can't get greener than that.

The GroBoxes are season specific, so different boxes become available throughout the year. Summer has slowly crept into Autumn, so you can take home the Autumn or Winter boxes and grow yourself a lovely selection of seasonal flowers in a window box or hanging basket, or why not go the whole way and get some seasonal veg on the grow in the garden? With GroBox there really is nothing stopping you.

• Organic Vegetable - Winter Spinach, Broad Beans, Peas, Carrots, Spring Cabbage, Radish, Garlic, Onion, Chives & Swiss Chard.
• Hanging Garden - Ornithogalum, Anemone, Allium, Acidanthera, Galanthus, Ipheion.
