Learning how important it is to 'green up' for our future is something we are slowly getting used to (thank heavens), and this little kit is a fun way for kids to see how we can turn wind into power. It's a simple but fun kit to build, and is in essence a mini windmill generator. All you need is a plastic bottle (and it's good to find a use for them instead of them going into landfill) to mount your constructed windmill on, and a good blow of prevailing wind will spin the windmill and light up the little LED. A fun little kit that reminds us to be green.
