What cat doesn't like a box, whether you want them to dive into it or not? I bought this for my cat, Loopy (the name is very apt!) for Christmas but after opening the parcel and loose envelope holding the cardboard pieces had already burst open so it had to be built really! To be honest I think I have had more enjoyment from it than the cat as the various pieces, whilst not complicated do take a while to bend, slot and tweak together. It does take up a tad more space than your usual cardboard box, but I don't think it will be whole for very long. The only draw back with this particular one is that when my cat did eventually jump inside, the hole in the bottom meant she sat inside the tail making the whole thing rock about appearing to attempt take off before my feline pilot exited out the bottom.
My cat received this Cat Play Houses - Plane as a gift from my mum (he's her furry grandchild). It's incredibly fun for all the humans in the house; the cat sits in it looking confused while we take pictures and try to put goggles on him and tie a white silk scarf round his neck like Biggles. Then he rips the thing to shreds. Buy it if you like laughing at your cat's embarrassment, and don't mind cleaning up bits of cardboard soaked in cat gob!
