The MicroLite LED Torch is a great gift idea for the hard to buy for male. It fits easily onto a keyring and enables the person to shine a light rather than stumble around in the dark.

MicroLite LED Torch good BUT

I agree with most other reviews that the MicroLite LED Torch is an amazingly bright little keyring torch, and the build quality seems excellent. However, the switching mechanism is what lets it down and why I have knocked off a couple of stars! Having used it now for a couple of months, I have found that the "twist to switch off" design just doesn't work well enough. If you don't twist enough you can find that it has switched itself back on, which of course you can only discover when you have taken it back out of your pocket. The degree that it switches itself back on can vary from a faint glow, to full on. If you over-do the twist off, you are likely to find the end comes off completely whilst in your pocket. So when you go to take out your keys, the end and the batteries have fallen off and are loose. It would be perfect if it had a decent on-off button!

If you're after a small torch that fits nicely on your keyring, then you can't do any worse than this one. Small, light, chucks out a large amount of light over a short area, easy to turn on and off (even in gloves) and ideal for locating the keyhole on a cold dark winters night. Just a handy little thing to have around.

Worth every penny!

This is a genius little torch, impossible to lose and a life-saver when camping or lost in the dark,its very hard to lose because its attached to the house/car keys. I bought one for myself and one for my boyfriend who goes on a lot of hiking and camping trips and he loves it too! It can light up a whole room and has survived being dropped and stepped on countless times! Would thoroughly recommend it to everyone.

Does the job!

The Microlite three LED torch is a good, robust bit of kit and is certainly bright enough for a keychain torch. However I’m not a big fan of stuff that switches on by turning the end as there is potential for it to fall off accidentally or switching on if left too far the other way. Also due to having no cover for the LEDs, they get dusty real quick and being in a confined space with metal keys means the black paint looks quite battered within days of coming out the packaging. These minor points aside I can see it serving the purpose I bought it for very well for years to come.

I bought this as a stocking filler for my sister and she loves it. Our street is rather poorly lit so this little torch has been invaluable. It may be small but the light is really bright. I would definately recommend this item to others.

Great Purchase

Very impressed with this dinky torch, it may only be small but it is very bright & surprisingly easy to use considering it's size.

I purchased the Microlite tourch from you & I am pleased with it, although, it seemed a bit complicated to begin with, the torch is quite bright & as I llive in the suburbs it can be vey dark due to lack of street lamps & the torch does exactly what it says on the tin

ideal gift

this is an ideal gift for my partner,as sometimes when she parks her car the lighting is very dim.so the led torch will be very handy

Excellent Torch

This torch is excellent. Very bright even in the darkest corners. Its small and light and fits in my pocket with my car keys with ease. No more need for a big torch now. Have the power of a big torch in the size of this tiny one :-D

Bright - but Rubbish

the torch is indeed bright. however, the way it works is rubbish - every time i try to turn it on or off ends up opening the barrel - no doubt i'll end up losing the batteries at some point. however can't be bothered to send it back so am going to have to live with it.

Pocket Power

Best pocket torch I've got (and I have several). Nice quality, tiny, feels solid.....and so bright for one so small!

Not Bad But.....

Good brightness but the "on/off switch" is a bit dodgy - unscrewing the cap until the battery contact is broken can result in intermittent flashing.
