Disappointing

The charge time for mine has been 1 and 1/2 hrs! It is difficult to fly and does not fly forward very well at all. Outside it cannot cope with even a very light breeze so is really only suitable for indoor flight. I have had two of the smaller types of helicopter and they fly very well.

Have a go and ...ENJOY.

Bought it for my father as an eightieth b'day gift. He used to be in the RAF hanging out of planes. He's yet to get it out of the box and thinks he's been given a child's gift as it says 14 and over on the box! What can you do!! Personally, I'm waiting for him to visit as I'd love to fly it. As I told him, it's good to have fun and frivolous presents, especially when you're eighty.

Excellent. would recommend this to anyone.

I brought this for my dad's birthday as he had a huge petrol helicopter when i was younger and knew he enjoyed playing with it, so i decided to buy him a smaller version for his birthday. It was ready to play with straight out of the box, and worked a treat. Charges really fast, and it and extremely robust as it has fallen out of the sky many a times already and has landed on concrete, grass and stones and hasnt broke once. amazing gift for anyone who likes a good laugh. would recommend this product to anyone.

This was bought as a present and is great. The only problem is it will not stop spinning round when in flight despite efforts to do what the instructions say. However it is still fun.

Husband's birthday present

The Bladez 3D is to give my husband a huge surprise for his birthday. I bought him one of the original polystyrene helicopters when they came out and it looks so shabby now I wanted to give him an upgrade. It's not his birthday yet but I know it is a fantastic gadget as we bought one for my son-in-law last year. It is very controllable, great fun to use, and our cat thinks they are birds and comes running when it starts. Can't wait for 11th Feb. to see his face - husband that is, not the cat!!

Great Christmas present

I gave this helicopter as a christmas present to my 29 year old gadget obsessed brother, it was something he'd always wanted to try. The whole family enjoyed it, it was reasonably easy to master within a short space of time, we just wished the flying time was longer, although I think it is the norm. A spacious room with no pets and minimal furniture is a must for practicing. The copter is far more robust than it looks and has suvived quite a lot of abuse already. I think this is a good product, well priced and an excellent start to anyones flying career.

Boys toys..

Shopping for your boyfriend is, undoubtably, a complete nightmare, yet to avoid anyone else struggling with the same problem the remote control Bladez 3D helicopter is the answer. Within minutes the boyfriend, dog and any other male within sight is fully occupied with the ultimate boys toy - which they mastered in no time, and even I managed to get it to shoot skywards at a rate of knots. Worth twice its value!

Ideal for beginner to amature level. Takes a while to get the hang of it and wide open spaces required. Once you master the basic you'll have hours of fun.
