A 'Star of Fame' Award Personalised Poster Gift Pack is a nice product. It's not very clear of how the item comes to you!

The poster in the Star of Fame Award Gift Pack looks fabulous. I'm just not happy with having to contact the company regarding the database that doesn't actually exist. All I got was an excel sheet containing the name of the person we presented it to. It's not exactly how it was advertised in my opinion.
