Average pin art set

The Retro Pin Art pin set I got is performing below expectations, as a few nails were bent and the overall condition of the pins feels very cheapish. The acrylic glass was scratched giving it an appearance that the whole product had been used by someone before for a while and then re-packaged. I played with one of this many years ago and the pins were staying in position more tightly (tighter tolerances). In this instance today, the pins move very freely and it is harder to keep a shape in my opinion.

I bought the Retro Pin Art for my 11 year old son's Christmas and it was the best value gift I have purchased for him, he loves it! He plays with it daily and brings it out to entertain his friends who all want one too.

I just love this Retro Pin Art. It takes me back to my youth... were I spent the day hunting around for things to push into it. Tip - don't use soft fruit!

The Retro Pin Art is a really cool thing. The other reviews have said that it was quite small but I found that it was a really good size! (about the size of a hand, with space to spread your fingers out).

Such a simple idea but actually loads of fun. Even the youngest of kids love it because they can't get their heads around how it works. You can leave it standing afterwards with a cute cherub in it or something funny. Great little gift.

The Retro Pin Art is absolutely brilliant. I got one for my daughter but adults have spent more time playing with it than the kids. Plus they look great on the side with a funky print left on it. Totally recommend these for any age.

Retro Pin Art - Let Battle Commence

I have always wanted a Retro Pin Art for myself, sadly I was never given one for either birthdays or christmas. This year my youngest daughter wrote this down on her Birthday list and how could I refuse. It arrived at work and I just had to see if I could have a go before she got it for her birthday. I carefully opened the box and left no indents, but the pins were neatly kept level with a white piece of card which would easily let you know it had been moved... so sadly I had to wait for days! Once opened, my daughter was playing with it and making all sorts of different pieces of art, and eventually so was I. You are only limited by your imagination as to what you can do with this. We have placed ours in the living room and you have to pass it on the way to the kitchen, so the ever changing artwork is good to admire.

ENDLESS FUN

Bought this Retro Pin Art as a gift for an eight year old but it has brought entertainment to all her family. It fires the imagination as we try to find who can produce the most original work of art. The television is obsolete and the computer forgotten.

Always entertaining. Had it for a few weeks and I still can't help playing with it when I pass by it on the desk. Guests absolutely love it and it's common to have a different picture on it every time they leave. A great buy!

What else can i say? The prefect gift, especially for those who love art. It can be used in times of dire boredom, if you wanted to know what your face looks like in pin form, and can then be used as a picture to be put on a shelf, so that everybody can see your face. Contemporary, cool and constantly entertaining, dont forget to add it to your basket! (I think i've said enough)

This product was enthusiastically received by a ten-year-old and played with by the whole family, including a 6-year-old. It makes fascinating shapes and helps to understand depth.

Brilliant

This product was purchased for my grandson for his birthday he absolutely loves it he puts his face into it with his tongue out and other expressions and has us in hysterics with the results best purchase I've made lately

It's a nice feature, and everybody loves to make their own designs. Just pay attention when one of your friends takes it to the bathroom and comes back with you know what shaped pin art....!
