Description

This graceful arching projector will bring a rainbow into your room without all the inconvenience of a thunderstorm drenching the carpets. A sunken series of LEDs in the arc shine at special mirror coated surface on the base of the unit, which in turn projects a beautiful rainbow onto your wall. No sunshine or showers needed, and whilst there's unlikely to be a pot of gold spontaneously appearing at the end of rainbow, it's very beautiful to look at, and kids love it. For best results use it in a darkened room against a white wall.

  • A rainbow shaped projector that projects a colourful rainbow across your walls and ceiling.
  • Rainbow in my Room has 2 modes. Mode 1 turns the rainbow on one colour at a time. Mode 2 turns the rainbow on fully at once.
  • To conserve power the projector has an auto shut-off after 10 minutes.
  • Suitable for ages 5 years+.
  • Requires 4 x AAA Batteries (not included).
  • Size: 24 x 9.5 x 9.5cm.

Fantastic gift!

My Boyfriend bought me this for Christmas last year, and I just love it! A great item for people of all ages, I'm 24 and I use it all the time. I use it to help me get to sleep after watching horror movies because quite frankly I'm a wuss. It makes a brilliant night light. It's bright enough to light the corners of the room so you can just about see what's lurking around, but not so bright it hurts your eyes or is distracting. The colours are bright yet peaceful to look at, and it gently switches itself off by phasing out the colours after a certain amount of time of being left on. Perfect for dozing off too, and not having to worry about leaving it on all night.

Does exactly what it says...

and my daughter (age 10) loves it. The ten minute timer is fantastic as she likes having it on when the lights go out. It switches itself off, saving battery life and helping a busy Mum who would otherwise forget to turn it off.

Great Purchase

This is a lovely light unit. Very ergonomic and simplistic in its design. I bought this for a couple with a young child hoping they would all enjoy the light display.I now want one for myself.

Oh, the marvels of the 21st century

The 21st century has seen us come up with a number of ridiculous, pointless and altogether unnecessary marvels. This has got to be one of the most marvellous, and it makes me wonder what weather I'll be buying next - portable solar wind, perhaps, or 'tropical storm in my room'. Hmm. Not quite the same ring, but there we go. Meanwhile, I received this weird and wonderful gift for my birthday (well, I asked for it actually, being quite weird, but not particularly wonderful myself), and I've been amazed by it ever since. Usage: Best batteries I have discovered are Tesco rechargeable triple A's. Use them again and again, and they put up with much strain from rainbow fanatics. It works at it's best at night when it's dark (not that you needed me to tell you that) against a smooth, big, light-coloured wall. Just press that discreet little white button for 10 minutes of delightful northern-lights-like entertainment. Perfect for those times your sitting there thinking “What I need more than ANYTHING right now is a nice big comforting rainbow,” and you can’t get one because a) it hasn’t rained for 3 months and b) it’s dark. Abusage: I always do something I’m not supposed to do with new things. I recommend the application of mirrors at funny angles to create some mega weird effects. You can also make big and small rainbows when you place it further away from or nearer to your wall. Another great feature is that it’s surprisingly robust – it’s fallen off the top of my bookshelf twice now and still works great, not a scratch. A cracking little device!

Good Purchase

The service was really good. Excellent delivery time, especially since the product was going to France, and good wrapping with hand writing message! :) Concerning the product itself, it is an original present, with a really nice design. Even without the rainbow rays, it represents a good decoration by itself. Just one disappointment, you really need to use it in the darkest environment and on white walls to have the best effect..
