My friend, Sarah, lives abroad, loves coffee and commutes to work. Bought this product as a present for my sister. It is lovely and exactly what I imagined it to be. Shame about the delivery, as I found the parcel dumped at the front door - anyone could have taken it!!! And when I emailed customer services, which was not an easy task, the response I got was - "we are sorry you have not received your item..." So either the person, who received my message did not read it properly, or it was just an automated message.. So all in all a good product but a very bad delivery and customer service.
