Superb present which pleased my other half no end. It is well constructed and looks durable. Its so realistic, that from a distance it looks like a lens for DSLR Camera. A brilliant gift that will last a lifetime. You won't be disappointed with any aspect of the cup. The price is very cheap compared to the standard, quality and finish of the product.
Bought as a gift- Arrived promptly, sure he'll like it!
I'm looking forward to giving this at Christmas! Bought for a man who likes doing a bit of photography, and is usually hard to buy for! Obviously I can't comment on the actual item, as it is still in the box, but it is presented well and looks to be of a good quality! Arrived very quickly as well!
I bought this Camera Lens Cup for my camera-geek brother who was over the moon with it. Apparently it is so close to the real thing to look at, it could fool anyone at first glance. After a couple of "oops I dropped it in the sink" gags, he has finally put it in the cupboard ready for his bedtime drinks! This is definitely recommended!
Multi purpose novelty mug
I bought the Camera Lens Cup for my husband as he's an avid photographer (particularly with Canon cameras) so I thought he'd get a kick out of it. When it turned up I was impressed with the level of detail to ensure it really looked like a real lens. It even has warnings on the box not to use it for your camera and not to store it with camera equipment! It feels light, like it would be too light to be stable but it actually works perfectly as a mug. The lens cap comes off and doubles as a cookie/biscuit holder which is perfect for my hubby as he does like biscuits! I couldn't be happier with this product and at the price, it's great value.
So much fun!
The faces, of all of them, from the Director to the tea runner, and especially the DOP when I drop these in front of them... and not just once but everytime. we did drink out of them eventually, which was nice. I have these lens cups everywhere now, but especially in my feature film & TV post production studio (Silver Screen Sound Ltd.) where I use them for clients and actually put coffee in them. Great talking point and I'm sure they have helped seal the deal on many occasions.
