Great product
I attend two Zumba classes a week, but knew that I wouldn't be able to go for six weeks while staying away from home. So I invested in the Zumba Exhilarate DVD set. I have found the DVDs easy to follow and the moves are generally familiar. I have tried them both with and without the commentary, and I'm surprised I prefer it with. I keep up better and feel more encouraged, especially towards the end as I get tired! The 20 minute workout is very useful and I feel as though I've worked pretty hard, despite it being half the time. Plus if I'm having a demotivated day, I can persuade myself to do the short one! The weights really do add to the effect and I use them for as long as I can manage. I would recommend this to others who have the motivation to exercise at home and enjoy the lively, cheerful atmosphere created in the DVDs.
Great Buy
Zumba Exhilarate is a great form of exercise. It doesn't matter if you haven't got rhythm - you're doing it in your lounge - no one can see you! The toning sticks are fabulous too - they help tone your bingo wings as you shake them like maracas whilst dancing. I would recommend this to anyone, of any fitness level.
Zumbatastic!
The Zumba Exhilarate DVDs are super for use in the home. Sometimes it's not convenient to get to a class and this is a great alternative. The weights give extra toning and sculpting without you really noticing! I love this item, it's highly recommended!
Love It!
Zumba Exhilarate is fantastic - it makes exercising good fun! You get to be very energetic and have a really good workout. It's more fun than joining a gym so it is certainly worth the money and if you do it with a group of friends it's a really good laugh. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
Zumba Exhilarate
I've been using Zumba Exhilarate for three months now and it has helped me lose 2 stone but not only that, I actually have abs. I have 3 children and whatever excercise I do I've never been able to get rid of the baby flab. I do it four times a week and I feel so active. It really gives your whole body a workout, I would recommend to everyone espically mothers who haven't got a lot of extra time.
Slim jim through fun
This Zumba Exhilarate DVD is so good! There are lots of Zumba moves that the DVD goes through and builds it up from a very basic level! There so many routines, I've lost a stone and a half by using them and it is so much fun! I even use it for a girls night in at least once a week and we were all dancing around the living room! Such fun.
