Excellent guide

I bought the SAS Handbook as a gift for my brother and it is fantastic. It's a pocket sized book which is very concise. It's split into sections such as food, first aid etc, and is very easy to follow but also detailed with good pictures. It also has good quality glossy pages and a cover. I'm going to buy one for myself!

This SAS Handbook arrived reasonably quickly and appears to be as described. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

This SAS Handbook is brilliant for the adventurer, gives good advice and was bought as an extra for my nephews 21st birthday. I think he appreciated it better than the main part of his birthday gift, so yes I would recommend this book and the first class service I got from I Want One of Those.

Full of quirky little facts and diagrams, this is a must for those planning to get lost in the desert, forest, Arctic, or any other seemingly unhospitable place. Its dinky little size means it will easily fit in your pocket, handy for consulting when you're on your adventure. It has kept the other half and various male visitors amused. Let's hope some of the facts actually sink in... A great buy.

Great Wee Book!!

I got the SAS Handbook as my stepdad and I love camping and thought this may be ideal for us. Some of the stuff in it is useless to us but it's a great book, I recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors.

Survive And Save Yourself

I Bought this as a joke gift for a travel addicted friend. I now need to buy more as everyone wants one now. No family is complete without this book, it might not save your life exactly but it is fun to read.

I was bought this by a relative as a bit of a joke because I'd just joined the scout's. I didn't think i'd be able to survive off this but it's AMAZING.

Excellent little Gem

At first I bought this as a joke, but once it came in the post I realised that there were lots of brilliant instructions and tips packed into this pocket sized book. Some other reviewers have commented on how much smaller the book was than they expected, but I think that this is excellent as I can take it with me and it will fit in my bag without taking up any space. Indeed, I am going on an expedition later this month and the 'SAS Survival Guide' will definitely be coming with me.

Good little book.

I absolutely love this book, it is very interesting so I read it at school while everyone else is talking and messing about, and it fits perfectly into the inside pocket of the school uniform.

buy this for your adventurous friends

I bought two of them, one for my boyfriend because he is highly interested in training his survival skills and so this book"let" is a perfect match. He loves it. The otherone was given to my best friend - she is going on mongolian rally for charity and she has to travel through several countries - this book is the best friend for everyone who goes on a dangerous journey. I can highly recommend this book.

Great Secret Santa Buy!!

This is a fantastic little book - purchased for a 'secret santa' pressie, but obviously couldn't resist having a flip through! Brilliant for anyone who does a lot of travelling - some really useful hints, but also very funny. Tells you all sorts of things that I can't imagine anyone actually needing (such as how to skin and eat a tiger!) - should be a great talking point. Very pleased!!
