great product
The Total Core is a really easy to use sit up machine/aid. It's really easy to follow the DVD and comes with a useful ball to aid different exercises. As with all sit up machines you have to use them to get results and I could feel the difference with it after 3 or 4 sessions. After 7 days I'm starting to see the definition. I would recommend this for the beginner or experienced, hurts your backside a little so I use a pad on the seat to cushion it a bit.

Total Core Cruncher
The Total Core was very easy to put together. In no time, I was up to 70 sit-ups with very little effort on my part. I've only had it for a week, but I'm determined to do at least ten minutes a day, which may not make me super slim, but will give me stronger core muscles. This was the reason for purchasing it in the first place.

Spring gone?
I find Total Core an excellent exercising piece of equipment. I am 62 years of age and I have had great results since using it over a few months. However, one of the green rollers at the back seems to have snapped a spring, which I am not sure how to fix. Overall I am lost without the Total Core, my 'treasure'.
Fitness at home
This Total Core is perfect for home use. It doesn't take up much room and can work all areas of your body.
Exceptional Service and Great Product!
I was unsure about the Total Core as I struggle with sit-ups and get a real burning pain in my neck and back. However, using the Total Core has really helped with this, it makes it so much easier to work out. I've only used it for a few days so far but I have a feeling it will definitly help me get back into shape! Also, my mum who is in her late 50s has been using it and she agrees that it's very easy to use. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to lose a bit of weight and tighten up their stomach!
Total Core Deluxe
I've only used the Total Core a few times but it makes sit ups a lot easier and takes the strain away from your neck. I would recommend using a hard mat underneath it if using on carpet as the green wheels at the back make indents on the carpet after use! Digital counter on the deluxe model is useful to keep track of how many reps you have done, although haven't had any use for the hand straps that can be attached.
Total Core
The Total Core is excellent value for money. The only downside is that the manufacturers have re-done the rear strut which allowed adjustment to make the effort easier/harder. However, as the machine works perfectly and makes exercising so much more enjoyable, this is a small price to pay.
