Looks nice, but it's just so LOUD
This globe is a really nice item. It's a decent size, doesn't look cheap, and seems to work pretty well. The big problem is how loud it is. The gears at the bottom of the globe make so much noise. I can hear it from 20ft away on the other side of the office and over the radio. Great for a noisy office but not if you have to have the thing anywhere near you on the desk. You'll smash it to bits within minutes.
