Avoid!
The Ab Circle is a killer on the knees. I used it once and thought this is great! The second time I used it was when I noticed the bruises on my knees, I couldn't put my weight onto the machine because my knees were in so much pain. It is really uncomfortable (I'm not that heavy either!) They should have made the knee pads from a softer material.
Brilliant
Love this Ab Circle Machine! I first saw it advertised on TV and thought I would give it a go as I have always wanted a piece of fitness equipment for the home. I've had this for a couple of weeks and used it nearly every day. I have noticed my core has become more toned already! It was easy to put together, the DVD is easy to follow and great fun to use. I would recommend it to anyone!
Excellent Bit of Kit
I bought this Ab Circle machine to tighten up my Abs after seeing it advertised on TV. Just one week in and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend.
