The operator will then contact you when there is a promising weather forecast, and a morning flight is being arranged for your preferred day, to see if you are available. Call for a final weather check the evening prior to your morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable, and be sure to arrive in plenty of time for your flight.

Your itinerary starts just after dawn at which time you will be invited to help prepare the balloon for flight with the rest of the guests. Flights last about an hour, the whole experience lasts around three and a half hours. Your voucher is valid for 10 months. This voucher is valid for two people. This experience is available for Monday to Friday morning flights only (excluding bank holidays) throughout the season subject to availability. You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the operator. Maximum weight is 18 stone. You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You must obey all requests and instructions issued by the operator€™s representative and take particular care to abide by any safety instructions given. Minimum ages vary with supplier. Please contact us if you wish us to check a minimum age for you. You must be 4 foot 6 inches or taller to participate in this experience. Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers booked. If the operator is unable to fly on your first booked date your flight is moved forward to the next mutually convenient date. For these reasons we cannot guarantee flights.
