I have bought a few things from Iwoot, and they have all been amazing. My dad popped round the other day and asked me to look through the Iwoot magazine and choose what I want for my birthday because he knows that Iwoot caters for people like me - people that want stuff they don't need. Well there are bills to pay, but who needs to pay bills when you have a super cool RC helicopter from here!? Hi IWWOT! I have just recieved my purchased product (GAMUCCI E-cig) and i can say that im thoughroly pleased with it!:) i have been a smoker for 3 years near anough and was on 20 a day, over 2 day i have managed to cut down to max 8 a day and plan on stopping. i highly reccomend this product to anyone who is thinking about cutting down or stopping smoking. Great Customer Service. Goods delivery by Royal Mail failed to turn up after 2 weeks so I was offered either a refund or a replacement delivery at no charge. Replacement delivery by DPD was patient enough to keep coming back to my flat 3 times for signature of receipt. This is possibly the best service I've ever seen so far. Christmas again!! So I turn to IWoot to make sure that everyone is going to be happy. Listened to a a radio phone in about ordering on the internet and people complaining about their stuff not being delivered on time so ........ this is my experience. Ordered a load of things at 11.55 pm on the 10th December - everything received on the 12th by 10am!! The Creeping Zombie looks especially scary and the cats are chasing the flying chicken. My thoughts this Xmas go to Patrick the Polar Bear, who apparently fits nicely into an IWOOT box despite standing a full metre from nose to toes, whereas the Twilight Umbrella is an odd shape and cant fit in this box - hence sent seperately. trying to leave a review for "breathable wine glasses" 'I bought a pair for my dad, a serious wine connoisseur. in the past he has had all sorts of mechanical/battery operated airers but the faff is too much. he was very sceptical. we tried two wines one a nice 1974 wine (excuse my ignorance) an a supermarket wine. he had some glasses of similar size and shape.we left the wines for 5 min. the difference in the 1974 wine was significant, but the difference in the supermarket wine was increadible. i have asked for these for my xmas. a fantastic product, as u don't have to do anything and no batteries needed!'

Anyone who wants a good laugh MUST order a huge parcel...simply for the bubblewrap! Contrary to the instructions on said packaging I did offer 3 bubbles in exchange for my groceries at Tesco...and they turned me down! So follow the advice and DO NOT try to use the bubblewrap as currency...refusal usually offends but in my case just made me look stupid! PS In light of the current postal dispute I was disappointed to find it took twice as long to receive my parcel...2 days instead of one! Keep up the fantastic work IWOOT team.

He's deaf, but loves his rave music, AND has just turned 18... the reason for the present. Hello! Since ordering my first items from IWOOT my life has become that much more enriched. Not only do I have an excuse to act like a child again, but I can also amaze friends and family and not to mention my girlfriend! After careful review, I have considered a whole list of items I want, and probably will need of your website; the TV B gone was something I definitely needed, especially when going to the pub! I would also like to comment on the detail you guys/gals have at IWOOT, even the bubble wrap comes with a unique description that made the experience so much better. IWOOT is excellent for all those things you don't really need but really want. It's a great place to find quirky, but also sometimes quite useful gifts for a range of people. Your service is quick and easy to use. My suggestion for improvement would be to create a 'wishlist' facilty (like Amazon have) enabling people to mark all the products they want so friends can select the appropriate gifts. There are many things I would like but not being necessities I am unlikely to buy them for myself, however would be more than happy to direct people to my wishlist at birthday time!! Just wanted to let you know that I have received the Candy Grabber and it is a huge hit at the office. We've had a lot of laughs already and I've only had it a week! Watching their frustration is quite a hoot. The machine looks so tame and easy, but Tootsie rolls and Jolly Ranchers aren't easy to pick up. Luckily I have an office so people can close the door as they try out the machine. The music, while entertaining, is a little more than the people that sit directly outside my door can stand more than once a day. I will log onto the site below to provide feedback. The interaction with your employees was excellent. I really appreciate that they contacted me to get an updated expiration date on my card. You must have an excellent tool for contact management tracking. My exchanges were with a few different employees on your end, but I never had to re-explain anything (which is rare with most companies these days. )
