i put in my order yesterday afternoon and selected the standard delivery option, and it arrived this morning. i was very suprised and pleased and decided to turn my computer on to express my gratituide (now i see why everyone else does!) but that was an hour ago, i've been playing with my new toy whilst the computer has been loading... and screensaving... and going on to standby... i haven't even had breakfast yet... many thanks! Just wondering if you know that there's a very big country called Canada just above America with people in it who also like to buy things. I live there but can't find any mention of it on your site. Like Oh my god what a excellent site, I haven't been on it much but when I am I love it. Just wanted to let you know that I have received the Candy Grabber and it is a huge hit at the office. We've had a lot of laughs already and I've only had it a week! Watching their frustration is quite a hoot. The machine looks so tame and easy, but Tootsie rolls and Jolly Ranchers aren't easy to pick up. Luckily I have an office so people can close the door as they try out the machine. The music, while entertaining, is a little more than the people that sit directly outside my door can stand more than once a day. I will log onto the site below to provide feedback. The interaction with your employees was excellent. I really appreciate that they contacted me to get an updated expiration date on my card. You must have an excellent tool for contact management tracking. My exchanges were with a few different employees on your end, but I never had to re-explain anything (which is rare with most companies these days. )

IWOOT is excellent for all those things you don't really need but really want. It's a great place to find quirky, but also sometimes quite useful gifts for a range of people. Your service is quick and easy to use. My suggestion for improvement would be to create a 'wishlist' facilty (like Amazon have) enabling people to mark all the products they want so friends can select the appropriate gifts. There are many things I would like but not being necessities I am unlikely to buy them for myself, however would be more than happy to direct people to my wishlist at birthday time!! Anyone who wants a good laugh MUST order a huge parcel...simply for the bubblewrap! Contrary to the instructions on said packaging I did offer 3 bubbles in exchange for my groceries at Tesco...and they turned me down! So follow the advice and DO NOT try to use the bubblewrap as currency...refusal usually offends but in my case just made me look stupid! PS In light of the current postal dispute I was disappointed to find it took twice as long to receive my parcel...2 days instead of one! Keep up the fantastic work IWOOT team.
