Everyone's favourite muppet has finally flown in all the way from the states - and boy, are his little red arms tired. Elmo has arrived at IWOOT. Elmo Live is one of the most ingenious interactive toddler toys we have ever seen. On first glance he looks like any number of Elmo dolls, with soft red fur and big silly eyes but with just a touch of your hand he jumps into life, waving his hands wildly as he regales you with a story or one of his classic jokes, he even asks you to come closer for a hug or a kiss. If he wasn't red and covered in fur we'd be tempted to say he was lifelike, but, well, that's the only way you can describe the way he acts: Elmo does actually look as if he's alive. His mouth opens and closes when he talks. His head bobbles back and forth as he speaks. He waves his arms, sits on his stool, stands up, crosses his legs when telling stories and jokes and he can sing songs and play games (including "Elmo Says" and a cool version of musical statues called 'Freeze Dance') - he'll even sneeze if you tweak his nose in just the right way. It's just like having Sesame Street in your very own living room and he's sure to be a huge hit in the bestseller gifts chart this Christmas so make sure he's the star of your living room for years to come.
