This iCade Retro Gaming Arcade Cabinet for iPad is an awesome gizmo. It's just like playing the old arcade games. I bought this for my partner and he has been glued to it ever since. There are a few other games out there which are fab (e.g. Space Inversion... just like space invaders but better). If you have an iPad this is a must have accessory!

ICade Arcade Cabinet for IPad

Managed to play with one of these at a retro gaming show last year and had a good look at the device. The build quality is good. There is a comprehensive initial list of games it supports from the App store (by Atari). Looks like arcade quality joystick and buttons have been used so should be able to take a decent bashing. Having made a couple of MAME cabinets in the past I was impressed with this unit because of the convenient size and portability. The only thing I could possible criticise is the need for 2 LR6 or AA batteris. I would have used the IPAD charging cable as this will deliver up to 10 Amp if needed so could easily power the controller and amplifier. Maybe Version 2 will adopt this ? All in all a good product.
