The Fujifilm FinePix T500 Compact Digital Camera is designed for travel photography on a budget. T500 features lens-shift image stabilisation to reduce the blur that tends to occur when the camera is zoomed in. Fujifilm's proprietary super resolution technology offers an overwhelming 24x Intelligent Digital Zoom in a thin body and a front face with an aluminium finish.

The 16 million pixels image sensor produces high-quality, low-noise results at sensitivities of up to ISO 3200 (not available at some image sizes). Automatic Scene Recognition ensures the optimum camera settings are always deployed for the best images of a given scene.

Record High Definition movies with a movie scene recognition function (1,280 X 720 pixels) or shoot photos with aspect ratios of 16:9. Movie recording uses a dedicated button, allowing you to go from taking photographs to shooting movies at the press of a button.

The camera also incorporates a number of advanced movie-editing features, including "movie trimming" to cut unwanted footage from movies, and "movie join" to join multiple separate clips into a single movie.
