Street Outlaws is a driver's seat view into the world of American illegal street-racing in Oklahoma City, which boasts having the 'fastest street cars in the country.' From a 1969 Chevy Nova to an incognito, race-ready farm truck - and everything in between - these street demons take their racing very seriously. Oklahoma's best drivers, with nerves of steel and souped-up automobiles, must give it their all to climb their way up 'The List' - a top 10 of the region's fastest drivers.

There's only one way to make it to the top, and that's to challenge the driver ahead of you on 'The List'. But these racers aren't going to give up their bragging rights without a fight. They are constantly smack talking, betting on races, pulling pranks and other crazy antics with their fellow racers. Ultimately, street-racing comes first and they'll endanger their lives, spend their money and risk going to jail - anything to be number one.
