This beautifully shot series is a celebration of the landscape of Scotland. Each episode takes to the skies and travels by helicopter across Scotland capturing its beauty, its past and the wildlife that flourishes there. Vanessa Collingridge, presenter of British Isles - A Natural History and The People's Museum, hosts three programmes: 'The Cities and the Lowlands', 'The Western Highlands and Islands' and 'Cairngorns and the East'. Each offers a fresh and spectacular look at the country's most dynamic landscapes, landmarks and cityscapes.

Along the way she talks to celebrities, locals and historians about what these areas have inspired what they have witnessed and how they have been shaped over the centuries.
