Meet The Parents

Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) feels he is ready to take his relationship with his girlfriend, Pam Byrnes (Teri Polo), to the next level and propose to her. Greg soon finds out that Pam’s overbearing father Jack (Robert De Niro) appreciates to be consulted before anyone marries into their family. When Pam decides to pay a visit to her parents it gives Greg a perfect chance to get to know them and hopefully earn the respect of Jack. Upon arriving at the Byrnes’ household Greg instantly feels the pressure from Jack and is soon put to a tense test. Jack must decide whether Greg has what it takes to be in the family’s ‘circle of trust’ and starts to prod and probe him as much as he can. Matters are worsened when Greg finds out Jack is secretly a retired member of the CIA. Hilarious comedy co-starring Owen Wilson and Blythe Danner. (Matt Fairfield)
