Hiya, I've never been skinny, but when I saw that picture of me on the beach I was horrified! So trainer Richard Callender, who's famous for helping people shape up fast, devised this workout – and this is what did it for me. I've lost two and a half stone and an incredible ten inches off my waist alone! This routine is all about burning fat - and here's the bit I love - it's dead easy to follow - no tricky dance moves. But boy has it worked. There's a ten minute Warm Up, a 20 minute Fat Burner, with loads of fantastic boxing moves, a ten minute Body Toner and finally ten minutes of Belly Shrinker, the title says it all! What's great is that this summer I won't need the sarong! So why not give it a go - it's good fun and it works!
