Drama starring Brendan Fraser and Harrison Ford. Taking matters into his own hands, John contacts pioneering scientist Robert Stonehill (Ford), a specialist in the disease whose research could possibly lead to a cure. Together the two men form a bio-tech company in the hope of developing a life-saving drug. Their unlikely alliance gradually develops into mutual respect as they race against time and pit themselves against the medical and business establishments.
