This is my new Power of 3 DVD - it's all about sensible exercises that have given me loads more energy and a figure i feel proud of.
Together with the help of my personal trainers Jackie and Mark Wren, we have put together this workout to help you get fit at home. The concept is simple - just follow the 3 routines on the DVD which focus on the legs and bums, upper body and abdominals, and include fat burning intervals to keep your heart rate up. Then be sure to exercise 3 times a week and eat 3 balanced meals a day.
My Power of 3 workout suits all ages and levels of fitness and shows both the simple and advanced versions of each routine. It lasts about an hour but you don't have to do the whole thing in one go, you can always just do one section if that's all you've got time for. Plus, I've selected my favourite music tracks to work out to. So enjoy it - working out can be more fun than you think!
