- This promotion will be automatically added when you select "standard" delivery at checkout.
- This promotion is valid on orders placed after 10am On Thursday 21st Jan '10 until 3.30pm on Friday 12th of February '10.
- This promotion is only available for orders placed on our website, not phone orders
- This promotion does not include premium delivery charges, and cannot be used as a discount towards such charges.

- This promotion applies to UK mainland "standard" (currently £4.95) deliveries only. All orders placed before 3:30pm are despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers DPD, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
If your parcel of goodies is being delivered by our DPD Courier, it will require a signature on arrival. If you're not in they will attempt to deliver your parcel to one of your immediate neighbours, and will pop a card through your door to let you know which neighbour has it.

Please be aware that whilst the majority of address's are now back to normal there are a few areas that are still experiencing delays, please do not choose a Premium delivery option if your area is affected, instead you should choose our standard 1-3 day service which is unaffected.

Our Premium Saturday Delivery option guarantees Saturday delivery for orders placed before 4:30pm Mon-Fri and that are being delivered to a U.K. Mainland address (see our table of exceptions below). Deliveries are made Sat 8am - 2pm . If delivery of your parcel is not attempted by our courier on the Saturday after your order was placed, then we will refund you the difference!
Your parcel of goodies will be delivered by our DPD Courier, it will require a signature on arrival. If you're not in they will attempt to deliver your parcel to one of your immediate neighbours, and will pop a card through your door to let you know which neighbour has it.

Terms & Conditions
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, a neighbour, or perhaps your gran's. Goods must be in stock. For exceptions please see the chart below. Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier DPD. They take between 1 and 3 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Orders placed after 3:30pm on Standard Delivery, or 4:30pm Mon-Fri for Premium Services, during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped as soon as stock is available, please contact customersupport@iwantoneofthose.com; a separate P&P charge will apply to each despatch.
Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.
Mail orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
Exceptions:
Some areas of the U.K. are subject to higher prices and longer delivery times because of their (relatively) remote locations. Premium, Saturday and Before Noon deliveries are not available in these areas. They are as follows:

International orders (within the EU) are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier DPD. They take between 2 and 5 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. If your order is sent by Royal Mail then the delivery charge is £7.95 .

Exceptions
We currently only deliver to the UK, European countries listed above, and the US. We do not ship outside of these areas.
We charge a flat rate of £9.95 to the USA to ensure that you receive your goods as fast as possible and in perfect condition, we ship your orders by Air to our New York hub linking directly into the US Postal Service, and its partners.
Orders are usually despatched the same working day that we receive them, and delivery takes 3-8 days.
US orders can be tracked. Please email our despatch department at despatchUSA@iwantoneofthose.com giving your order number.
Our system determines your delivery method depending on the weight, size and value of your order.

This can be for one of several reasons, but is most commonly due to patent/copyright concerns, courier restrictions or compatibility issues (e.g. 110V / 240V power supplies).
Currency
All prices are shown in Dollars alongside the British Pounds Sterling shown beside Your credit card will be billed in US Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of despatch. In order to convert British Pounds to US Dollars, we recommend using this tool:
Please note that exchange rates can fluctuate between time of order and time of despatch, so any calculations made at time of order should be considered estimates. Much as we'd like to, we have no control over such fluctuations and therefore cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in exchange rates between time of order and time of despatch.
US Returns
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at customersupport@iwantoneofthose.com, and one of our Customer Support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. For full details please see returns page
Please note, in all instances I Want One Of Those Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
