CODE: CRAYON
When you're chained to your desk for 8 hours a day it's hard not to dream of simpler times. Days when you were knee high to a grasshopper, and your idea of stress was trying to colour inside the lines of your colouring in book. Crayons were such a major part of kindergarten, and the crayon box was a waxy treasure trove of colour. You could even eat the crayons, if you didn't mind the terrible taste. The Crayon Pens bring a little piece of your childhood to the office. They look like the classic Crayola crayons but are actually twist-top ball point pens (and good ones at that). Posh enough to sign a contract with and childish enough to be fun, just don't go trying to chew the end, or you'll end up flat on your back staring into a bright light while a sadist in a white mask bores you with stories about his golf handicap.

brilliant!
It has a nice weight, and is lovely to write with. It will make a great gift for anyone who does a lot of writing and is a child at heart. This will make a good stocking filler.

Nice pen
I really like this pen, it's chunky and has real weight so is easy to write with.

Good but expensive
Nice pen, good weight to hold and nice to write with - although quite expensive, for a pen!

what was I thinking?
At £4.99, I naively thought I was buying a set! Was alarmed to open one of two boxes to find one tiny little pen at the bottom, lovingly cushioned by a couple of plastic pillows. I thought the others had gone walkabout! Seriously, why the ridiculous amount of packaging when you could so easily have included it in the other (mostly empty) box? Suggest you change the initial catalogue description to "pen" in the singular to avoid misunderstanding....

expensive
It's a good pen but £4.99 for one pen is bloomin expensive.

Very Amusing and Quirky gift
Purchased this product, along with several other items, for my beloved's birthday. He is a QA Engineer and I figured this would be fun for him to use around his job. He absolutely loves this item. He showed it to me on cam ( I am in USA and he is currently in Ireland) and it looks very neat. He described it and said it was very heavy and well constructed and writes well too! He got a huge kick out of the fact that it looks like a crayola crayon and can't wait to test it out and see the look on other's faces when they see him writing with this! It brought many smiles to him..and that was precious to me ....to see those smiles on his face from this, and his other gifts, from iWoot! This product is highly recommended! TY TY TY iWoot!

Seems good but why all the packaging?
I gave this to a friend. The product seems good - nice weight for a biro. However, I'd have liked the option to choose a colour - I know the ink must be the same but the picture shows the pen in a lot of different colours, and I didn't see an option to pick one. And why, ordering this with one other fairly compact product (the Height Chart - packaged flat and folded) did iWOOT feel the need to send it in a massive box with huge amounts of packaging, charging £4.95 for the privilege?

nostalgia
what a very lovely object of desire, surprisingly substantial in the hand and never snaps like its predecessor, you don't even have to peel the paper back to keep writing : )

Good quality pen
Feels great, nice weight and lovely to write with. It would be great to be able to specify the colour you want - although I was lucky and received one of my favourite colours :-)

Most disappointing purchase ever
We assumed the price was for all pens showed on display not one our mistake! Post and packaging was extortionate for delivery of one pen only - no choice of colour given - one disappointed child who hoped to give one each as presents to friends!

Childish fun
Another Christmas present for the other half. She is a nurse which can be pretty serious at times so when I saw this I thought it was perfect to lighten the mood. Not sure if she'll actually use it at work but it certainly looks great regardless and the pen part can be retracted to stop you drawing all over your pocket, awesome.

the pen is exactly how i thought it would be, but didn't realise i was only buying 1 pen for the money(not reading it correctly). But £5.99 for 1 pen, not boxed or packaged, is very dear. The pen was loose in the bottom of the box with other gifts. It will make a good present as it looks good, but value for money has let it down :-(

Quirky revisit to childhood!
Brilliant present - totally made my friend's day, as she's never gotten over having to give up her crayons for pens in the workplace! Cute and quirky, love them!

Vastly overpriced
These pens are ok-ish but not worth anywhere near the £5.99 each which I paid for them.(though they are reduced at present to £3.99 which is still on the expensive side). I had seen these on other sites with a lovely triangular presentation box. If you, like me, are expecting to receive the box as well for your money - forget it. These have no packaging at all, making them look cheap and nasty. VERY disappointing!

Bought it as a gift for a friend. She loves it though I would have prefered to have been able to select which colour I got .
