Trio Lasagne Pan
Like my mum, I'm still not entirely sure of the reasoning behind the pan...! To make the distribution more manageable, when serving? I guess so. Or just a gimmick?! It is NON-STICK and that is a big plus when serving and cleaning. I can't imagine eating a whole third of a complete pan, but know people who would/could. So maybe that's the market. It's a decent weight and as I've said the 'non-stick' feature is always a winner. Someone is bound to put me right on the tripartite system so I await culinary correction. It did make a lovely lasagne, but I did't feel I could let loose with the last of the bechamel and grated cheese. It was all a bit regimented!.
