FA Cup Final 2011 - Manchester City vs Stoke City

On 14th May 2011 Manchester City ended a 35 year wait for a major trophy as YaYa Toure’s strike sealed a 1-0 victory over Stoke City in the FA Cup Final at Wembley. It marked the arrival of a new force in English football and gave some of the most passionate supporters in the world a trophy to celebrate. After being taunted by their bitter rivals, Manchester United, with a banner counting the years since their last trophy in 1976, this victory will be remembered forever by the blue half of Manchester.
