Cars 2 Blu-ray
Cars may have been one of the less well-regarded Pixar movies, but that didn't stop John Lasseter from getting behind the wheel again for this week's sequel. OK, but not great at all
Well the first Cars film lost its way a little, it was too slow and went on far too long. The story got lost in the overly long and frankly dull Radiator Springs segment but it had its moments and had promise. So we were hoping the second one was going to be a lot better. The 'plot' is ludicrously complicated and absurd, for what should be a kids movie! Again, the film is just too long, or maybe it stretches out a thin plot/premise for too long. It's well worth a watch, but not a keeper.
