Blood: The last Samurai, originates from an anime film of the same title. It tells the story of a four hundred year old half-human, half-vampire girl called Saya (Gianna Jun), she has the appearance of a teenage girl but has the thirst for blood just like her mother, a vampire.
Saya is sent to study at a military base in Tokyo, where she saves the daughter of General McKee (Larry Lamb), and when the General is murdered by vampires, his daughter Alice (Allison Miller) flees to Saya and they go on a quest to hunt down the demon Onigen (Koyuki).
