Beano/Dandy Canvasses

Oh the eager anticipation, racing down the stairs to the hall hoping the postman had been, looking out for that carefully rolled off-white tube with its slightly frayed edges, waiting for that weekly treasure that was The Beano or Dandy! It was the best day of the week without fail, and now those memories can be re-lived large with these awesome canvases. Beautifully printed on stretched canvas over wooden frames, the iconic original cover designs of both The Beano and The Dandy have got us feeling all nostalgic. Who could not want a huge Desperate Dan or Dennis The Menace in their room? They come in two sizes, the medium is 71x51cms and the large (our favourite of course) is a mighty 100x140cm. Ahh the days of no job, no worries and, mostly, no clue, where our only concerns were how many Curly Wurlys we could buy with our pocket money, and when would the next edition of our favourite comic arrive. We guess these are meant for kids, but c'mon, who are we kidding?
