- Just before serving, use a padded glove or hot pad, take heated iron and place on the meat, chicken or veggie etc with a slow rocking motion to brand the dish.

- Gently rub clean by using steel wool, wire brush or sandpaper. Dry thoroughly after cleaning and coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil. The oil will burn off with next use.
