On arrival at the venue you'll meet your instructor who'll talk you through what you're about to learn. Then it's time for a few gentle warm-up exercises before watching and learning a series of dance and pole-dancing moves. Next up, it's your turn! You'll be amazed at what you can achieve over the course of the class, and before the session ends you all finish off with some gentle warm-down exercises. The classes are fun and light hearted. You'll be surprised how learning a new trick on the pole is an instant confidence boost, but most of all how fun it is!!.
