Now there are people out there who think they know how to have fun with an inflatable. But they're wrong. Because there is absolutely nothing like the sheer rush and excitement of careering down a wild river at ludicrous speeds, yelping for all your worth onboard a floating dream boat.

The selection of locations mean that you can pick between man-made courses and the natural rapids amongst the Scottish Highlands or Welsh mountains.

After a safety briefing you'll be kitted out in a snazzy wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet. You'll then get a run through of the basic manoeuvres on dry land before launching into the river. Your session will then last around three drenching and whelping hours as you navigate downstream in the inflatable raft through churning water. It'll leave you wet, exhausted and smiling from ear to ear!

• You will receive a gift pack containing full experience details, booking instructions and a voucher valid for 9-12 months.
• The total experience lasts approximately 2 hours at manmade venues and 2 to 3½ hours at the natural.
• The minimum age is 16 years old at the natural venues and 18 years old at the manmade.
• Please advise if you have a medical condition that may affect this activity. This activity is not always suitable for contact lenses/glasses wearers. Participants need to be reasonably fit. 95kg (15 stone) is the maximum weight.
• The activity is not suitable for pregnant women and you need to be able to swim at least 50 metres or be confident of being in the water.
• Availability: Monday to Sunday (selected dates depending on the venue), March to November for manmade, October to March for the natural.
