Experience Days & Adventures Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and booking your experience. These terms and conditions form the basis of a contract between us (I Want One of Those Ltd), and you (the purchaser/recipient).

1. Description and photography - We have tried hard to ensure that descriptions and illustrations used in the voucher packs, in all our literature and on our website are accurate, however, photographs are intended to give a general idea of the experience described, and do not form part of any contract between you and I Want One of Those Ltd.

2. Prices - Prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavor to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price.

3. Voucher validity - Vouchers are valid for a minimum of nine months (excluding promotions). Please check the season of your experience, as this may be shorter than the voucher validity. You will find the expiry date printed on the voucher. You must book and complete your experience prior to the expiry date. If you are unable to redeem your voucher within the validity period, the voucher can be extended for a period of up to six months. A voucher can only be extended once and must be done while the voucher is valid. Extended vouchers cannot be refunded. A £15 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend your validity. If our website price has increased, you will also be required to pay the difference.

4. Age, size and health restrictions - For safety reasons, some experiences have certain size, age and health restrictions. Unless otherwise stated the minimum age for any experience is 14. You are required to notify I Want One of Those Ltd and/or the Supplier of any relevant medical condition. Our Customer Contact Centre can advise of any restrictions at the time of purchase and/or booking. Programmes are given as a guideline only and may vary by location. You may be required to wait between different elements of the experience alongside other participants.

5. In case of problems - In case of a problem, please speak to the experience provider on the day so they have the opportunity to resolve any problems there and then. Any other complaints should be addressed with our customer service department. Please address any complaints to adventures@iwantoneofthose.com, quoting your voucher number, and we will take up the problem with the supplier on your behalf.

6. Cancellations – If you need to cancel or change your experience booking you should contact us immediately. We will do our best to fill the allocated space and avoid supplier cancellation charges, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. We will advise if you can rebook through your cancellation cover. If you need to cancel your experience because of accidental injury/illness to yourself, or a death in your immediate family you should contact us as it may be possible to re-arrange your experience on presentation of a medical or death certificate. If we cancel your experience, we will tell you as soon as possible, and do our very best to offer an alternative date or location. If specific celebrities or vehicles are featured but are not available on the day for reasons beyond our control, we will try to find the best possible replacement. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your experience at short notice and re-book you. We reserve the right to reschedule the timings or location of any experience owing to unavailability of the experience, insufficient numbers making the experience unavailable, and other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue an experience, venue, or individual supplier at our own discretion. We will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative experience of the same value, however, if not we will refund your voucher in full. If you wish to exchange for an alternative experience of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference in price. We also reserve the right to make minor changes to your experience. Examples of minor changes include car specification, or order of experiences on a particular day.

7. Operators & Liability - Experiences are provided by suppliers who are neither employed by, nor acting as agents of I Want One of Those Ltd. We are unable to examine all the equipment or facilities of every single supplier, nor are we able to vet every single one of their employees. Consequently, we cannot accept liability for any act or omission or negligence of a supplier, nor any other liability arising out of the provision of the experiences to you. I Want One of Those Ltd does not accept liability for damage to property or consequential loss or injury of any kind, except where death or injury is caused by the negligence of I Want One of Those Ltd. In no circumstances shall I Want One of Those Ltd’s total liability for any claim exceed the price of the voucher or product supplied. Experiences are provided by the supplier subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions, a copy of which will be made available to you on request. You may be required to send your voucher to the chosen supplier to confirm your booking in advance: if so we recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use registered post, as your voucher is a valuable document. Customers should also note that your voucher must be presented on the day, in order to participate in the experience. If lost, we regret that vouchers cannot be replaced. You may also be required to pay a deposit to a supplier to confirm your booking in advance. This deposit will be credited back upon completion of your experience.

8. Insurance - Where applicable, the price of the voucher includes the cost of providing you with personal accident insurance cover. This insurance cover is only included if indicated on your voucher and is not available for experiences that take place abroad. Full details of insurance cover are included in your infopack.

9. Weather - Experiences may be cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or for other reasons beyond our control. If your event is cancelled because of the weather, you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend. I Want One of Those Ltd is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses incurred by you in attending an experience, which is cancelled for any reason.

10. Exchanges – Your voucher can be exchanged for another experience whilst within its validity period. Please choose from the range available on www.iwantoneofthose.com. You will need to return your original voucher to us before an exchange can be authorised. Should you choose a more expensive experience than the original, you will need to pay the difference. You will not be able to exchange your voucher once a date has been booked with a supplier.

11. Refunds – If you are not satisfied with your voucher pack we will happily arrange a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that this can only be authorized once you have returned the voucher to us. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order, or by cheque. No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Please note that refunds can not be issued once a date has been booked with a supplier.

12. Gift Pack - All vouchers purchased will be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail (you may request Special Delivery for an additional charge). We cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of mail being delayed. I Want One of those accept no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep the vouchers in a safe place and protect them as you would money.

13. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 - A person who is not named on the face of the experience voucher or experience purchase letter has no right under the Contracts (Rights of third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms and conditions of booking.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and I Want One of Those Ltd agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause.
